Port Qi'Shen is the capital city of the once-great Shen Empire of southern Athera. The Shen have established themselves as the prominent arcane merchants and enchanters of Athera, and the arcanists trade with nearly every civilization but their long-time foes, the Vantians. The city is currently ruled by the Archmage Myung-Su Qi'Shen and the merchant guild known as the Dancing Dragon.
